The Aboriginal Carbon Foundation and The First Nations Energy and Mining Council, signed an Indigenous To Indigenous Climate Cooperation Agreement in Vancouver British Columbia 2017. In the terms of this agreement, both parties agreed to work together to share information and renewable energy and carbon funding models, and to hold cooperative talks, to promote intrinsic cultural values, and to facilitate investment in Indigenous lands.
